Privacy policy
This page describes what the site stores and counts, based on how the site is actually built. Last updated 2026-10-17.
Visit analytics
We count page views and page leaves with PostHog, hosted in the EU (eu.i.posthog.com). The script sets
no cookies. It keeps one randomly generated anonymous ID in your browser's localStorage so a repeat visit
is not counted as a new visitor. We do not create person profiles, and we do not use autocapture, session
recording or heatmaps. If your browser sends Do Not Track, the analytics script does not run.
Seating planner and calculator
The seating planner saves your guest list and table plan in your browser's localStorage on your own device. It is not sent to a server, so we cannot see it, and clearing your browser data deletes it. The budget calculator works in your browser and does not store what you enter.
Accounts, payments and ads
There are no accounts, no payments and no advertising on this site. Apart from the anonymous visit counts above, the only personal data we receive is an email you choose to send us.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes request data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
